Angela supports clients as their mortgage applications progress. Working alongside your adviser, she provides updates, helps with practical questions and liaises with estate agents and solicitors through to completion.
Angela’s experience
Angela has worked in financial services since 2004. Her role involves supporting clients and helping with the administration of mortgage and protection applications.
Angela particularly enjoys hearing that a client has secured the home or mortgage deal they were hoping for. Supporting first-time buyers is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.

How Angela supports you
Once your application has been submitted, Angela is a point of contact for questions about its progress. She keeps you informed and works with the other people involved as things move towards completion.
She also works closely with your adviser, helping with administration and involving them when you need mortgage or protection advice.
